This is the service for which we are best known and constitutes about 75% of our total business. Over the time we have been doing this, we have seen some unbelievable things. We've seen business development people completely fabricate their entire pipeline, we've seen mock meetings designed to give the impression of activity and we've even seen them work for 2 (and in 1 case 3) different companies at the same time. Of course, these are the extremes but with the majority of companies, we find there is significant room for improvement. On many occassions, we find that there is at least 1 employee who is so bad, there is little point even trying to make changes to improve them.
